,~ , ~:,~. ~. g~ 1996 6 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $285,000 · 00 FROM <br />IMPROVEMENT FUND FOR T~E CRANEY ISLAND LANDFILL. <br /> <br />THE CAPITAL <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia: <br /> <br /> That the sum of $285,000.00 be, and the same hereby is, <br />appropriated from the Capital Improvement Fund to purchase <br />replacement equipment for landfill operations and to pay for <br />groundwater and engineering services. <br /> <br /> That this ordinance shall take effect on the date of its <br />adoption. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, at a meeting held on December 17, 1996. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
