Sec. 11-48. Violations; forfeiture of bond. <br /> <br /> A permittee who violates a term or condition of an <br />environmental compliance permit issued under this Section shall <br />be subject to forfeiture of any bond required under Section <br />11-11 and payment of all costs incurred by the City in <br />abatement of the nuisance created thereby, including handling, <br />analysis, treatment, storage and/or disposal of any excavated <br />materials, as well as security and administrative costs. <br /> <br />Sec. 11-49. Required notices. <br /> <br /> Ail notices required by this Article to be provided <br />the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency shall be provided to: <br /> <br />Director <br />Hazardous Waste ManagemenE Division <br />U.S. Environmental Protection Agency <br />Region III <br />841 Chestnut Building <br />Philadelphia, PA 19107 <br /> <br /> 4.
