Violations; penalties. <br /> <br /> Each of the following aces or omissions are prohibited and <br />shall constitute a Class 1 misdemeanor: <br /> <br />Excavation within the Abex Superfund Site <br />Operable Unit 1 (OU1) Area without an <br />environmental compliance excavation permit. <br /> <br />Excavation by a permittee within the Abex <br />Superfund Site Operable Unit 1 (OU1) Area in <br />violation of the terms and conditions of an <br />environmental compliance excavation permit. <br /> <br />Excavation within the Abex Superfund Site <br />Operable Unit 1 (OU1) Area in a manner <br />inconsistent with the requirements or <br />prohibitions contained in section 11-44. <br /> <br />Sec. 11-46. Violations; Additional remedies. <br /> <br /> The city engineer may issue a sEop work order mo and/or <br />revoke the environmental compliance excavation permit issued mo <br />any person who engages in an activity in violation of this <br />Artiole. <br /> <br />Sec. 11-47.
