ZONING AMENDMENT ORDINANCE Z-96-06 <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia: <br /> <br /> 1. That the zoning conditions set out as to Parcel 4 in <br />Zoning Amendment Ordinance Z-85-21 (City Ordinance No. 1985-40) <br />and applicable to a portion of the zoning map attached to and <br />made a part of the City of Portsmouth Zoning Ordinance are <br />hereby amended and changed as to the property described in <br />Petition for Zoning Amendment Number Z-96-06, and the zoning of <br />said property shall remain as Residential RM-75-K <br />(Conditional). <br /> <br /> 2. That the property affected by this ordinance is <br />described as follows: <br /> <br />Z-96-06 <br /> <br /> Beginning at point 113'± south of the <br />southern corner of the intersection of <br />River Point Drive and Candlelight Lane; <br />thence, in a southerly direction 797'± to a <br />point; thence, in northwestern direction <br />697'± to a point; thence, in a northern <br />direction 713'± to a point; thence, 407'± <br />to the point of the beginning. <br /> <br /> 3. Zoning Amendment Ordinance Z-96-06 is conditioned <br />upon the following amended conditions: <br /> <br /> (a) All development shall be pursuant to the group <br />housing procedures provided for in Sections 40-111, et seq., of <br />the Code of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, or their <br />successors. <br /> <br /> (b) The subject <br />single-family condominiums at <br />per acre. <br /> <br />property shall be developed as <br />a density not to exceed 5.4 units <br /> <br /> 4. The following zoning conditions, which were proffered <br />and imposed by Zoning Amendment Ordinance Z-85-21 (City <br />Ordinance No. 1985-40) shall remain in full force and effect as <br />to the subject property: <br /> <br /> <br />
