AN ORDINANCE TO <br />RECEIVED FROM THE <br />MANDATED PROGRAMS. <br /> <br />APPROPRIATE $180,000.00 FROM FUNDS TO BE <br />VIRGINIA DEPARTMENT OF SOCIAL SERVICES FOR <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, that the sum of $180,000.00 be, and the same hereby <br />is, appropriated from funds to be received from the Virginia <br />Department of Social Services to the Portsmouth Department of <br />Social Services, Virginia Public Assistance Fund for mandated <br />programs. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, at a meeting held on June 25, 1996. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
