AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $86,725.00 FROM THE PUBLIC <br />UTILITIES CAPITALIMPROVEMENTS FUND FOR THE ROUTINE PURCHASE OF <br />HEAVY CONSTRUCTION EQUIPMENT FOR USE IN THE MAINTENANCE OFT HE <br />CITY'S UTILITY SYSTEM. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, that the sum of Eighty-Six Thousand Seven Hundred and <br />Twenty-Five Dollars ($86,725.00) be, and the same hereby is <br />appropriated from uhe Public Utilities Capital Improvemen5s <br />Fund for the routine purchase of heavy construction equipment <br />for use in the maintenance of the City's utility system. <br /> <br /> That this ordinance shall take effecu on the date of its <br />adoption. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, au a meeting held on April 11, 1995. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
