AN ORDINANCE TO AppRoPRIATE $712,900.00 FROM THE PUBLIC <br />UTILITIES CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS FUND FOR THE COMPLETION OF THE <br />DESIGN OF THE FACILITIES REQUIRED FOR PHASE III OF THE LAKE <br />KILBY WATER TREATMENT PLANT. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, that the sum of Seven Hundred Twelve Thousand Nine <br />Hundred Dollars ($712,900.00) be, and the same hereby is <br />appropriated from the Public Utilities Capital Improvements <br />Fund for the completion of the design of the facilities <br />required for Phase III of the Lake Kilby Water Treatment Plant. <br /> <br /> That this ordinance shall make effect on the date of its <br />adoption. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, at a meeting held on April 11, 1995. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
