AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $200,000.00 FROM THE CAPITAL <br />IMPROVEMENTS FUND FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO THE MIDDLE STREET MALL <br />AREA FOR THE CHILDREN'S MUSEUM OF VIRGINIA. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, that the sum of Two Hundred Thousand Dollars and <br />00/100 ($200,000.00) be, and the same hereby is appropriated <br />from the Capital Improvemenns Fund for improvements ~o the <br />Middle Street Mall area for the Children's Museum of Virginia. <br /> <br /> That this ordinance shall take effect on the date of its <br />adoption. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, at a meeting held on April 11, 1995. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
