the person in charge of the cemesery when ordering a grave to <br />be opened, should he deem it necessary to establish the <br />authority of the person giving the order. <br /> <br />Sec. 9-40. Record of burials. <br /> <br /> The person in charge of a city cemenery shall keep a <br />record of all burials made in the cemenery and he shall enter <br />in a suitable book the name, age, residence of the person <br />deceased, the dates of his birth and death, date of burial, and <br />number of lot and number of space therein, or number of space <br />in a single grave portion in which the deceased has been <br />interred. Such entries shall be consecutively numbered, and an <br />alphabetical index of the deceased persons' names shall be <br />kept. <br /> <br />Sec. 9-43. R~moval of dirt, rubbish upon completion of work. <br /> <br /> Ail dirt, bricks or rubbish used or accumulated in doing <br />any work in a city cemesery shall be removed therefrom by the <br />contractor under whose supervision the work was done <br />immediately after the completion thereof. <br /> <br /> 3.
