provisions of §46.2-389 of the Code of Virginia, the court <br />shall suspend the driver's license of such person and thereupon <br />transmit the same to the state department of motor vehicles as <br />provided by law. If such person so convicted as not obtained a <br />license required by chapter 3 of title 46.2 (~ 46.2-300 et <br />seq.) of the Code of Virginia or is a nonresident, such court <br />shall direct in the judgment of conviction that such person <br />shall not drive or operate any motor vehicle in the, <br />commonwealth for a period of not less than sixty (60) days nor <br />more than six (6) months. <br /> <br /> 2.
