ORDINAN <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $175,000.00 FROM THE CAPITAL <br />IMPROVEMENTS FUND FOR STOP, M DRAIN CAVE-IN REPAIRS THROUGHOUT <br />THE CITY. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, that the sum of One Hundred Seventy-Five Thousand and <br />00/100 ($175,000.00) Dollars be, and the same hereby is <br />appropriated from the Capital Improvements Fund for storm drain <br />cave-in repairs throughout the City. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, at a meeting held on March 14, 1995. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
