AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $82,057.00 FROM THE CAPITAL <br />IMPROVEMENTS FUND FOR THE INSTALLATION OF STORM DRAINAGE <br />IMPROVEMENTS ON TEAL STREET, CHARLOTTE DRIVE BETWEEN TEAL <br />STREET AND PORTSMOUTH BOULEVARD AND PORTIONS OF JACQUELYN <br />DRIVE. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, that the sum of Eighty Two Thousand Fifty-Seven <br />and 00/100 ($82,057.00) Dcllars be, and the same hereby is <br />appropriated from the Capital Improvemenns Fund for the <br />installation of snorm drainage improvements on Teal Street, <br />Charlotte Drive between Teal Street and Portmmouth Boulevard <br />and portions of Jacquelyn Drive. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, au a meeting held on March 14, 1995. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
