AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $25,000.00 FROM THE CAPITAL <br />IMPROVEMENTSFUND FOR THE INSTALLATION OF WHEELCHAIR CURB CUTS <br />FOR COMPLIANCE WITH THE AMERICANS WITH DISABILITIES ACT OF <br />1990. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, that the sum of Twenty-Five Thousand and 00/100 <br />($25,000.00) Dollars be, and the same hereby is appropriated <br />from the Capital Improvements Fund for the installation of <br />wheelchair curb cuts for compliance with the Americans with <br />Disabilities Act of 1990. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, at a meeting held on March 14, 1995. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
