1995-19 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $46,000.00 FROM THE PUBLIC <br />UTILITIES CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS FUND FOR THE COMPLETION OF THE <br />SANITARY SEWER RELOCATION AND $88,00G.00 FROM THE CAPITAL <br />IMPROVEMENTS FUND FOR THE RE-ROUTING OF STORM DRAINAGE LINES AT <br />NORTH AND EFFINGHAM STREETS. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, that the sum of Forty-Six Thousand and 00/100 <br />($46,000.00) Dollars be, and the same hereby is appropriated <br />from the Public Utility Capital Improvements Fund for the <br />completion of the sanitary sewer relocation, and Eighty Eight <br />Thousand and 00/100 ($88,000.00) Dollars be, and the same <br />hereby is appropriated from the Capital Improvements Fund for <br />the re-routing of snorm drainage lines at North and Effingham <br />Streets, for a total of One Hundred Thirty Four Thousand <br />Dollars ($134,000.00) . <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, an a meeting held on March 14, 1995. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
