ORDIHA <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $565,000.00 FROM THE CAPITAL <br />IMPROVEMENTS FUND TO PROVIDE FI/RDS TO THE PORTSMOUTH <br />REDEVELOPMENT ANDHOUSING AUTHORITY AND/OR THE INDUSTRIAL <br />DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF PORTSMOUTH, FOR USE IN THE <br />PORTCENTRE COMMERCE PARK TO PROMOTE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT IN <br />THAT AREA. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, that the sum of Five Hundred Sixty-Five Thousand and <br />00/100 ($565,000.00) Dollars be, and the same hereby is <br />appropriated from the Capital Improvements Fund to provide <br />funds to the Portsmouth Redevelopment and Housing Authority <br />and/or the Industrial Development Authority of the City of <br />Portsmouth, for use in the PortCentre Commerce Park to promote <br />economic development in that area. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, at a meeting held on February 14, 1995. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
