ORDiNAtE flO <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $5,845,000.00 FROM THE COMMUNITY <br />DEVELOPMENT FUND FOR THE HOME PROGRAM, THE EMERGENCY SHELTER <br />PROGRAM AND THE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT PROGRAM. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, that the sum of Five Million Eight Hundred and <br />Forty-Five Thousand and 00/100 ($5,845,000.00) Dollars be, and <br />the same hereby is, appropriated from the qommunity Development <br />Fund for the Home Program, the Emergency Shelter Program and <br />the Community Development Block Grant Program, which will <br />support the objectives for these programs. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, at a meeting held on February 14, 1995. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
