ORDINANCE <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $25,000.00 FROM THE CAPITAL <br />IMPROVEMENTs FUi~-D FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A BALLFIELD, BEHIND <br />HUNT F~App MIDDLE SCHOOL, FOR SOCCER ~ LITTLE LEAGUE BASEBALL <br />PROGRAMS. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, that the sum of Twenty Five Thousand and 00/100 <br />($25,000.00) Dollars be, and the same hereby is appropriated <br />from the Capital Improvements Fund for the construction of a <br />ballfield, behind Hunt Mapp Middle School, for Soccer and <br />Little League Baseball Programs. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, at a meetin~ held on January 24, 1995. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
