ZONING AMENDMENT ORDINANCE Z-94-11 <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia: <br /> <br /> 1. That a portion of the zoning map attached to and made <br />a part of the City of Portsmouth Zoning Ordinance, which now <br />zones as Downtown D-1-M (Mixed Use), the property described in <br />Petition for Zoning Amendment No. Z-94-11 is hereby amended and <br />changed so as to show said property zoned as Downtown D-1-TCA <br />(Trade, Cultural and Arts), and that said property is hereby <br />zoned as Downtown~,D-~t-TCA (Trade, Cultural and Arts). <br /> <br /> 2. The property affected by this ordinance by being <br />zoned Downtown D-1-TCA (Trade, Cultural and Arts), is described <br />as fol!ows: <br /> <br />Z-94-11 <br /> <br /> Beginning at the northwest corner at the <br />intersection of High Street and Crawford Street; <br />thence, west along the northern boundary of High <br />Street 219'i to a point; thence, north 226.88'± <br />GQ a point; thence, west 317'± to a point; <br />thence, south 226.88'± to a point; thence, east <br />3t5'! to a point. <br /> <br />and <br /> <br /> Beginning at the southwest corner at the <br />intersection of High Street and Crawford Street; <br />thence, west along the southern boundary of High <br />Street 171.54'± to a point; thence, south <br />228.19'± to a point; thence, west 320'i to a <br />point; thence, north 228.19± to a point; thence <br />east 323.72'± to a point. <br /> <br /> 3.
