ORI)iHAIIE <br /> <br />ZONING AMENDMENT ORDINANCE Z-95-20 <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia: <br /> <br /> 1. That the portion of the zoning map attached to and <br />made a part of the City of Portsmouth Zoning Ordinance which <br />now zones as Downtown D-1-M Mixed Use, the property described <br />in Petition for Zoning Amendment Number Z-95-20, is hereby <br />amended and changed so as to show said property zoned as <br />Historic Limited Office HLO, and that said property is hereby <br />zoned as Historic Limited Office HLO. <br /> <br />2. That the property affected by this ordinance by being <br />zoned from Downtown D-1-M Mixed Use to Historic Limited Office <br />HLO, is described as follows: <br /> <br />Z-95'-20 <br /> <br /> Beginning at the southeast intersection <br />of London Boulevard and Green Street, thence <br />in a southerly direction along the eastern <br />right-of-way of Green Street to the northeast <br />corner of Queen Street; thence in an easterly <br />direction along the northern right-of-way of <br />Queen Street 200 feet +/- to a point; thence <br />in a northerly direction 1t5 feet +/- to a <br />point; thence in a westerly direction 80 feet <br />+/- to a point; thence in a northerly <br />direction 115 feet +/- to the southern <br />right-of-way of London Boulevard; thence in a <br />westerly direction 125 feet +/- along the <br />southern right-of-way London Boulevard to the <br />point of beginning. <br /> <br /> 3.
