AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND CHAPTER 40 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF <br />PORTSMOUTH, VIRGINIA (1988), BY AMENDING TABLE 40-43.1-2 <br />THEREOF PERTAINING TO ESTABLISH/~ENT OF HOSPITALS IN COMMERCIAL <br />C-2 ZONING DISTRICTS. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia: <br /> <br /> 1. That Table 40-43.1-2 of the Code of the City of <br />Portsmouth, Virginia (1988) be amended and reordained to permit <br />the use "Hospitals" (S.I.C. 806) in Commercial C-2 zoning <br />districts upon the granting of a use permit and subject to <br />Parking Condition 6. <br /> <br /> 2.
