AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $84,786.49 FROM THE COMMUNITY <br />DEVELOPMENT FI/RD FOR THE USE OF HOME PROGRAM ALLOWABLE <br />ACTIVITIES INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ACQUISITION AIgD <br />REHABILITATION OF DILAPIDATED PROPERTIES IN THE CITY. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia: <br /> <br /> 1. That the sum of Eighty-Four Thousand Seven Hundred <br />Eighty-Six Dollars and 49/100 {$84,786.49) be, and the same <br />hereby is, appropriated from the Community Developmenu Fund for <br />the use of Home Program allowable activities including, but non <br />limited to, acquisition and rehabilitation of dilapidated <br />properties in the City. <br /> <br /> 2.
