AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $32,343,034.00 FROM THE CAPITAL <br />IMPROVEMENTS FUND FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE NEW I.C. NORCOM <br />HIGH SCHOOL. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia: <br /> <br /> 1. That the sum of Thirty-Two Million Three Hundred <br />Forty-Three Thousand Thirty-Four Dollars {$32,343,034.00) be, <br />and the same hereby is, appropriated from the Capital <br />Improvemenns Fund for the construction of the new I.C. Norcom <br />High School. <br /> <br /> 2.
