ZONING AMENDMENT OP. DiNANCE Z-95-18 <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia: <br /> <br /> 1. That a portion of the zoning map attached to and made <br />a parn of the City of Portsmouth Zoning Ordinance, which now <br />zones as Residential RM-75-K the property described in Petition <br />for Zoning Amendment No. Z-95-18, is hereby amended and changed <br />so as to show said property zoned as General Commercial C-2, <br />and that said property is hereby zoned as General Commercial <br />C-2. <br /> <br /> 2. The properny affected by this ordinance by being <br />zoned General Commercial C-2, ms described as follows: <br /> <br />Z-95-18 <br /> <br /> Beginning at a point approximately 994 <br />feet from the northeastern intersection of <br />Victory Boulevard and Deep Creek Boulevard <br />thence southeast 200 feet along the northern <br />right-of-way line of Victory Boulevard to a <br />point; thence north 212 feet ~o a point; <br />thence west 200 feet co a point; thence south <br />212 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> <br /> 3.
