being rezoned from Residential RM-75-K (Conditional) to <br />Preservation P-l, is described as follows: <br /> <br /> BEGINNING at a point approximately 1237 <br />feet ± from the northeastern intersection of <br />Victory Boulevard and Deep Creek Boulevard and <br />southeast 620 feet ± to the point of beginning <br />thence east 330 feet ± to a point; thence <br />southwest 88.75 feet ± to a point; thence <br />southeast 360 feet ± to a point; thence <br />northwest 610 feet ± to the point of <br />beginning. <br /> <br /> 5. That Zoning Amendment Ordinance Z-95-19 is <br />conditioned upon the following as proffered by the applicants, <br />Farm Fresh, Inc., and Beacon Construction Company: <br /> <br />(a) The site plan and the elevation models shall be <br />reviewed and approved by the Planning Commission <br />prior to the issuance of any building permits. <br /> <br /> (b) A Landscaping Group 1 buffer, as provided in <br /> Section 40-73(a) of the Zoning Code, shall be planted <br /> along the property lines adjoining the Preservation <br /> P-1 district. <br /> <br /> 6.
