~m- 1995-93_ <br /> <br />ZONING AMENDMENT ORDINANCE Z-95-19 <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia: <br /> <br /> 1. That a portion of the zoning map aEsached 5o and made <br />a part of the City of Portsmouth Zoning Ordinance, which now <br />zones as Residential RM-75-K and Preservation P-1 the property <br />described in Petition for Zoning Amendment No. Z-95-19, is <br />hereby amended and changed so as to show said property zoned as <br />Residential RS-75-K (Conditional) and Preservation P-l, and <br />that said propersy is hereby zoned as Residential RS-75-K <br />(Conditional) and Preservation P-1. <br /> <br /> 2. That the propersy affected by this ordinance by being <br />rezoned from Preservation P-1 to Residential RS-75-K <br />(Conditional), is described as follows: <br /> <br />Z-95-19 <br /> <br /> BEGINNING at a point approximately 982 <br />feet from uhe northeastern intersection of <br />Victory Boulevard and Deep Creek Boulevard <br />thence southeast 362.31 feet ~ to a point; <br />thence northeast 350 feet ~ to a point; thence <br />northwest 620 feet ~ 5o a point; thence <br />southwest 255 feet ~ along the eastern <br />right-of-way line of Deep Creek Boulevard to <br />the point of beginning. <br /> <br /> 3. That the property affected by this ordinance by being <br />rezoned from Residential RM-75-K (Conditional) to Residential <br />RS-75-K (Conditional), is described as follows: <br /> <br /> BEGINNING an a point approximately 982 <br />feet from the northeastern intersection of <br />Victory Boulevard and Deep Creek Boulevard and <br />southeast 362.32 feet m 5o the point of <br />beginning thence southeast 149.33 feet ± to a <br />point; thence sounhwest 500.87 feet ± 5o a <br />point; thence southwest 276.21 feet ± to a <br />point; thence southeast 734.58 feet ~ to a <br />point; thence northeast 621.62 feet ± to a <br />point; thence northwest 70 feet + to a point; <br />thence northwest 610 feet m no a point; thence <br />southwest 350 feet ± Eo the point of <br />beginning. <br /> <br />That the property affected by this ordinance by <br /> <br /> <br />
