No tires or batteries shall be stored outside <br />of the building. <br /> <br /> (e) The site shall be developed in accordance with the <br />approved site plan. <br /> <br /> (f) Hours of operation shall be limited to 6:30 a.m. to <br />9:30 p.m. <br /> <br /> (g) Dahlia Street shall not be used for ingress and <br />egress and shall remain blockaded. <br /> <br /> 4.
