AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $5,279.00 FROM THE CAPITAL <br />IMPROVEMENTS FUND FOR COMPLETION OF THE INSPECTION AAID TESTING <br />OF THE SEAWALL STRUCTURE. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia: <br /> <br /> 1. That the sum of Five Thousand Two Hundred <br />Seventy-Nine Dollars ($5,279.00) be, and the same hereby is, <br />appropriated from the Capital Improvements Fund for completion <br />of the inspection and testing of the Seawall structure. <br /> <br /> 2.
