AN ORDIMAi~CE TO APPROPRIATE $50,000.00 FROM THE CAPITAL <br />IMPROVEMENTS FUND FOR THE DESIGN OF A REPLACEMENT FOR THE <br />EXISTING CLIFFORD STREET BRIDGE. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia: <br /> <br /> 1. That the sum of Fifty Thousand Dollars <br />be, and the same hereby is, appropriated from the <br />Improvements Fund for the design of a replacement <br />existing Clifford Street Bridge. <br /> <br />($50,000.00) <br /> Capital <br /> for the <br /> <br /> 2.
