AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $70,425.00 FROM THE CAPITAL <br />IMPROVEMENTS FUND FOR REPLACEMENT OF THE ROOF ON THE GENERAL <br />DISTRICT COURT BUILDING. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia: <br /> <br /> 1. That the sum of Seventy Thousand Four Hundred <br />Twenty-Five Dollars ($70,425.00) be, and the same hereby is, <br />appropriated from the Capital Improvements Fund for replacement <br />of the roof on the General District Court Building. <br /> <br /> 2.
