AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $1,150,000.00 FROM THE CAPITAL <br />IMPROVEMENTS FUND FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A FIRE STATION AT <br />RIVERSHORE ROAD AND CEDAR LANE. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia: <br /> <br /> 1. That the sum of One Million One Hundred Fifty <br />Thousand Dollars (S1,150,000.00) be and the same hereby is <br />appropriated from the Capital Improvements Fund for the <br />construction of a fire station at Rivershore Road and Cedar <br />Lane. <br /> <br /> 2.
