AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND CHAPTER 22 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF <br />PORTSMOUTH, VIRGINIA (1988) BY REPEALING SECTIONS 22-46 THRouGH <br />22-52 THEREOF, PERTAINING TO TEE PORTSMOUTH TRANSPORTATION <br />SAFETY COMMISSION. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia: <br /> <br /> 1. That Sections 22-46 through 22-52 of the Code Of the <br />City of Portsmouth, Virginia (1988) be repealed. <br /> <br /> 2.
