AN OP~DINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $324,700.00 FROM THE CAPITAL <br />IMPROVEMENTS FUND FOR THE PuRcHAsE OF A LADDER/PUMPER <br />COMBINATION FIRE APPARATUS. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia: <br /> <br /> 1. That the sum of Three Hundred Twenty-Four Thousand <br />Seven Hundred Dollars ($324,700.00) be, and the same hereby is; <br />appropriated from the Capital Improvements Fund for the <br />purchase of a ladder/pumper combination fire apparatus. <br /> <br /> 2.
