AN OP~DINANCE TO AMEND CHAPTER 9 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF <br />PORTSMOUTE, VIRGINIA (1988) BY AMENDING SECTIONS 9-41(a)(1) <br />(2) THEREOF, PERTAINING TO CEMETERIES. <br /> <br />and <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia: <br /> <br /> 1. That Sections 9-41(a) (1) <br />City of Portsmouth, Virginia (1988) <br />to read as follows: <br /> <br />and (2) of the Code of the <br />be amended and reordained <br /> <br />Sec. 9-41. Charges for work performed. <br /> <br /> (a) The following schedule of charges is hereby <br />established for work performed in the several cemeteries in <br />City: <br /> <br />the <br /> <br /> (1) For opening graves for (4) feet and under in length, <br />one hundred eighty-five dollars ($185.00). <br /> <br /> (2) For opening graves over four (4) feet in length, <br />three hundred eight-five dollars ($385.00). <br /> <br /> 2.
