AN OP~DINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $25,000.00 FROM THE CAPITAL <br />IMPROVEMENTS FUND FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO CHURCHLAND BOULEVARD AND <br />FOR ACQUISITION OF RIGHT-OF-WAY THERETO. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, that the sum of twenty-five thousand dollars <br />($25,000.00) be, and hereby is, appropriated from the Capital <br />Improvemenns Fund for improvemenns to Churchland Boulevard and <br />for acquisition of right-of-way pertaining thereto. <br /> <br /> That this ordinance shall hake effect on the date of its <br />adoption. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, an a meeting held on April 25, 1995. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
