O iltAliCE <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $40,000.00 FROM THE CAPITAL <br />IMPROVEMENTS FUNDFOR THE REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF HEATING AND <br />AIR CONDITIONING COMPONENTS FOR THE CHILDREN'S MUSEUM OF <br />VIRGINIA AND THE DEPARTMENT OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of nhe City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, that the sum of Forty Thousand Dollars ($40,000.00) <br />be~ and the same hereby is, appropriated from the Capital <br />Improvements Fund for the repair or replacement of heating and <br />air conditioning componencs for the Children's Museum of <br />Virginia and the DeparumenE of Information Technology. <br /> <br /> That this ordinance shall take effect on the date of its <br />adoption. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, an a meeting held on April 25, 1995. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
