AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $1,138,000.00 FROM THE CAPITAL <br />IMPROVEMENTS FUND FOR THE REHABILITATION OF A PORTION OF THE <br />CHURCHLAND BRIDGE WHICH INCLUDES AN EXPANSION JOINT <br />REPLACEMENT, DECK OVERLAY, CLEANING AND PAINTING. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, that the sum of one million one hundred thirty-eight <br />thousand dollars ($1,138,000.00) be, and the same hereby is, <br />appropriated for the rehabilitation of a portion of the <br />Churchland Bridge which includes an expansion joint <br />replacement, deck overlay, cleaning and painting. <br /> <br /> That this ordinance shall take effect on the dane of its <br />adoption. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the CounCil of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, at a meeting held on April 25, 1995. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
