ZONING AMENDMENT ORDINANCE Z-95-09. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia: <br /> <br /> 1. That a portion of the zonzng map attached to and made <br />a part of the City of Portsmouth Zoning Ordinance, which now <br />zones as Residential RM-60, the property described in Petition <br />for Zoning Amendment No. Z-95-09 is hereby amended and changed <br />so as to show said properny zoned as Industrial M-i-R, and that <br />said property is hereby zoned as Industrial M-1-R. <br /> <br /> 2. That the property affected by this ordinance by being <br />zoned Industrial M-i-R, is described as follows: <br /> <br />Z-95-09 <br /> <br /> Beginning at the northeast intersection <br />of Effingham Street and Lincoln Street; <br />thence in an easterly direction along the <br />northern right of way 360 +/- feet to a <br />point; thence in a northerly direction along <br />the western right-of-way of Green Street 795 <br />+/- feet to a point; thence in a westerly <br />direction 360 ~/- feet no a point; thence in <br />a southerly direction along the eastern <br />right of way of Effingham Street 795 +/- <br />feet to the point of beginning. <br /> <br /> 3.
