(g) Nonresidential property means all developed <br />properties not meeting the residential property definition <br />herein including, but not limited to, commercial propertles~ <br />industrial properties, parking lots, recreational and cultural <br />facilities, hotels, offices, churches and multi-family <br />facilities of five (5) units or more. <br /> <br /> (h) Residential property means developed property <br />containing at least one but no more than four residences or <br />dwelling units, and accessory uses related ~o but subordinate <br />to the purpose of providing a permanent dwelling facility. <br />Such property shall include but not be limited to houses, <br />duplexes, triplexes, quadroplexes, townhouses, condominiums and <br />mobile homes. <br /> <br /> (i) "Storm sewer" or "storm drain" means a sewer which <br />carries stormwater, surface runoff, s~ree~ wash wa~ers and <br />drainage, but which excludes sanitary sewage. <br /> <br /> (j) "Stormwa5er runoff" means that parn of precipitation <br />that travels over natural, altered or mmpervlous surfaces to <br />the nearesn stream, channel, conduit or mmpoundment and appears <br />in surface waters. <br /> <br /> (k) "Stormwater system" means all man-made facilities, <br />structures, and natural wanercourses used for collecting and <br />conveying stormwater to, through, and from drainage areas no <br />the points of final outlet, including, but not limited to, the <br />following: streets, curbs and gunmers, inlets, conduits and <br />appurtenant features, canals, creeks, channels, catch basins, <br />ditches, drains, sewers, streams, gulches, gullies, flumes, <br />culverts, siphons, retention or detention basins, dams, <br />floodwalls, levees, pumping stations and wetlands. <br /> <br /> (1) Undeveloped proper5y means any parcel which has not <br />been altered from its natural state no disturb or alter the <br />topography or soils on the proper5y in a manner which <br />substantially reduces the rane of infiltration of stormwater <br />into the earth. <br /> <br />Sec. 31.1-2. Findings, intent, authority, and director's <br /> responsibilities. <br /> <br /> (a) The Federal Clean Water Act requires the City to <br />implement a stormwaner management program based on regulations <br />and requirements published by the United States Environmental <br />Protection Agency. <br /> <br /> <br />
