ZONING AMENDMENT ORDINANCE Z-96-12-A <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia: <br /> <br /> 1. That the portion of the zoning map attached to and <br />made a part of the City of Portsmouth Zoning Ordinance which <br />now zones as Residential RM-75, Residential RS-75, and <br />Industrial M-1, the properties described in Petition for Zoning <br />Amendment Number Z-96-12-A, is hereby amended and changed so as <br />to show said properties zoned as Residential RS-75 and <br />Industrial M-1, and that said properties are hereby zoned as <br />Residential Rs-75 and Industrial M-1. <br /> <br /> 2. That the properties affected by this ordinance by <br />being zoned from Residential RM-75, Residential RS-75, and <br />Industrial M-1 to Residential RS-75 and Industrial M-1 are <br />described as follows: <br /> <br /> Z-96-12-A <br /> <br /> Residential RM-75 to Residential RS-75 <br /> <br /> Tax Map 701 Parcels 92, 93, 94, and 95 <br /> <br /> <br /> Residential RS-75 to Industrial M-1 <br /> <br /> Tax Map 701 Parcels 14, 15-21, 49 <br /> <br /> <br /> Industrial M-1 to Residential RS-75 <br /> <br /> Tax Map 704 Parcels 1-6 <br /> <br /> 3.
