ZONING AMENDMENT ORDINANCE Z-97-06 <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia: <br /> <br /> 1. That the portion of the zoning map attached to and <br />made a part of the City of Portsmouth Zoning Ordinance which <br />now zones as Downtown D-2-R Residential, the property described <br />in Petition for Zoning Amendment Number Z-97-06, is hereby <br />amended and changed so as to show said property zoned as <br />Downtown D-2-I-K Industrial (Conditional), and that said <br />property is hereby zoned as Downtown D-2-I-K Industrial <br />(Conditional). <br /> <br /> 2. That the property affected by this ordinance by being <br />zoned from Downtown D-2-R Residential to Downtown D-2-I-K <br />Industrial (Conditional), is described as follows: <br /> <br /> Z-97-06 <br /> <br /> Beginning at a point 110'+/- in a northwesterly <br /> direction from the northeast corner of the <br /> intersection of Perry Street and MacArthur Avenue; <br /> thence, in a northeasterly direction 190'± to a <br /> point; thence, in a southeasterly direction 96'+/- to <br /> a point; thence, in a easterly direction 55'± to a <br /> point; thence, south 90'± to a point; thence, west <br /> 110'± to the point of the beginning. <br /> <br /> 3. That Zoning Amendment Ordinance Z-97-06 is <br />conditioned upon the following as proffered by the owner, <br />Charles Reid: <br /> <br /> (a) No more than twelve vehicles are permitted on the <br /> site at any time. <br /> <br /> (b) The hours of operation are limited to between 8:00 AM <br /> and 6:30 PM. <br /> <br /> (c) The days of operation are limited to Monday <br /> through Friday. <br /> <br /> 4.
