any city park or recreation area during hours when the park or <br />recreation area is designated as closed. Hours of opening and <br />closing shall be designated by the city manager, or his <br />designee, and posted therein for public information. <br /> <br /> (b) Upon the application of any person desiring to use <br />the city park boat ramp for purposes of launching or retrieving <br />a boat during hours prohibited above, the director shall issue <br />a permit for such use and such permit shall specify the date or <br />dates of such intended use and shall list the name of the <br />applicant and all persons in his party. The applicant shall <br />display his copy of the permit to any police officer or parks, <br />recreation and general services department employee upon <br />demand. <br /> <br /> (c) No person shall enter any park area posted as "Closed <br />to the Public," nor shall any person use or encourage the use <br />of any area in violation of posted notices. Any section or part <br />of any park or recreation area may be declared closed to the <br />public by the director at any time and for any interval of time <br />either temporarily or at regular stated intervals (daily or <br />otherwise), and either entirely or confined to certain uses as <br />the director shall determine. <br /> <br />Sec. 25-247. Admission fees. <br /> <br /> The director shall establish a fee schedule for admission <br />fees to city swimming pools, such fee schedule to be submitted <br />to the city manager for approval and not to exceed the <br />following charges: <br /> (1) Twelve (12) years of age and under $ 0.50 <br /> (2) Thirteen (13) years of age and over. 0.75 <br /> (3) Annual membership--Twelve (12) years <br /> of age and under ............. 5.00 <br /> (4) Annual membership--Thirteen (13) years <br /> of age and over .............. 7.50 <br /> <br />Sec. 25-248. Safety rules and regulations. <br /> <br /> The director shall establish safety rules and regulations <br />for city swimming pools and to post such rules at such swimming <br />pools after asking the advice of the parks and recreation <br />commission. <br /> <br />Sec. 25-249. Private use--Permit generally. <br /> <br /> The director shall issue a permit for the use of city <br />swimming pools upon the payment of the fees hereinafter <br />established and upon compliance with the other requirements <br /> <br /> <br />
