Damaging buildings, signs, etc. No person shall in any manner injure, deface, disturb, destroy, or disfigure any part of any park or any building, sign, equipment or other property found therein. Sec. 25-120. Vehicles, traffic, where prohibited. (b) No person shall drive any vehicle in any park, recreation area or playground area except upon the paved roads or parking areas, or on such other areas as may, on occasion, be specifically designated as temporary parking areas by the director. (c) No person shall use or ride any motorized vehicle, minibike, moped, or motorcycle off of the roadway or in any area not designated or customarily used for vehicle travel in any park, parkway, beach, or any grounds for recreational or playground use, unless on authorized official business for the city or pursuant to an authorized permit issued by the director. Sec. 25-122. Entering and leaving parks; vehicle operation. (c) Any person operating a vehicle in any park, recreation area, or playground area, shall obey all police officers and such persons authorized and instructed to direct traffic whenever and wherever needed in parks, recreational areas, and playground areas, and on the streets or roads immediately adjacent thereto in accordance with the provisions of this article and such supplementary regulations as may be issued by the director. (d) Any person operating a vehicle in any park, recreation area or playground area shall observe all traffic signs indicating speed, direction, caution, stopping or parking and all others posted for proper control and to safeguard life and property. ..
