into lengths of four (4) feet or less and stacked neatly at <br />curbside in a pile not to exceed a total quantity of one (1) <br />cord (four (4) feet by four (4) feet by eight (8) feet) each <br />month. It shall be the responsibility of the owner or tenant of <br />the premises involved to remove all tree trimmings, cuttings, <br />shrubbery and the like that do not meet these specifications or <br />those contained in section !6-34(c). Tree and shrubbery <br />branches, limbs and trimmings cut by landscape or tree service <br />contractors will not be collected by the city. Bulk refuse <br />shall not be collected by the city from business and commercial <br />establishments, including multifamily residential complexes. <br /> <br />Sec. 16-40. Special pickup for moving. <br /> <br /> Special collection will be provided by the department of <br />general services for residents either moving into or vacating a <br />dwelling. In order to arrange such service, a 24-hour notice <br />must be given to the waste management division of the <br />department of general services of the city. Residents must <br />separate bulk refuse from other garbage and trash. <br /> <br />CHAPTER 25. PARKS, RECREATION AND GENERAL SERVICES. <br /> <br />ARTICLE II. DEPARTMENT OF PARKS, RECREATION AND GENERAL <br />SERVICES. <br /> <br />Sec. 25-26. Established. <br /> <br /> There is hereby established a department of the city <br />government known and designated as the department of parks, <br />recreation. <br /> <br />Sec. 25-27. Composition. <br /> <br /> The department of parks, recreation and general services <br />shall consist of a director and such other officers and <br />employees organized into such divisions and other units as may <br />be provided by ordinance or by orders of the city manager <br />consistent therewith. <br /> <br />Sec. 25-28. Appointment of director. <br /> <br /> The director of parks, recreation and general services <br />shall be appointed by the city manager. <br /> <br />Sec. 25-29.
