AN ORDINANCE CHANGING THE NAME OF A PORTION OF LONDON BOULEVARD <br />TO LONDON STREET. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia: <br /> <br /> 1. That the name of the 100 through 700 blocks of London <br />Boulevard be changed and hereafter known and designated as <br />London Street. <br /> <br /> 2.
