(a) The use of the property shall be limited to health <br /> Services, including use as a hospital and those uses <br /> ancillary to the hospital such as parking, utilities, <br /> maintenance, administrative offices, clinical spaces, <br /> birthing facilities, psychiatric treatment, extended <br /> care, physician offices and related activities. <br /> <br /> (b) A landscaping plan shall be submitted to the City <br /> Planning Department for approval prior to the <br /> issuance of a building permit. <br /> <br /> 4.
