ZONING AMENDMENT ORDINANCE Z-97-02 BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: 1. That the portion of the zoning map attached to and made a part of the City of Portsmouth Zoning Ordinance which now zones as Residential RS-75, the property described in Petition for Zoning Amendment Number Z-97-02, is hereby amended and changed so as to show said property zoned as Planned Office Park POP-K (Conditional), and that said property is hereby zoned as Planned Office Park POP-K (Conditional). 2. That the property affected by this ordinance by being zoned Planned Office Park POP-K (Conditional), is described as follows: Z-97-02 Beginning at a point at the intersection of the southeasterly right of way line of Willet Drive and the southwesterly right of way line of West Road. Thence around a curve to the left, having a radius of 783.19 feet, through a central angle of 09°21'19", an arc distance of 127.88 feet, a chord bearing of S48°07'34"E and a chord distance of 127.74 feet. Thence S52°48'13"E a distance of 592.59 feet to the True Point of Beginning. Thence S52°48'13"E a distance of 89.67 feet. Thence N37°15'0!"E a distance of 461.91 feet. Thence S43°33'35"E a distance of 548.55 feet. Thence S55°52'21"W a distance of 308.91 feet. Thence N67°51'28"W a distance of 275.70 feet. Thence N22°08'32"E, a distance of 20.00 feet. Thence N67°51'28"W a distance of 236.93 feet. Thence around a non-tangent curve to the left, having a radius of 323.26 feet, through a central angle of N08°09'40'' an arc distance of 46.04 feet, a chord bearing of N07°31'56"W and a chord distance of 46.01 feet to the Point of Beginning.
