AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $507,492.66 FROM THE CAPITAL <br />IMPROVEMENT FUND FOR THE ACQUISITION OF PORTSMOUTH GENERAL <br />HOSPITAL. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia: <br /> <br /> That the sum of $507,492.66 be, and the same hereby is, <br />appropriated from the Capital Improvement Fund for the purpose <br />of acquiring Portsmouth General Hospital. <br /> <br /> This ordinance shall take effect on the date of its <br />adoption. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, at a meeting held on November 25, 1997. <br /> <br /> Teste: <br /> <br /> City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
