AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $2,088,000.00 IN THE CAPITAL <br />IMPROVEMENTS FUND FOR PHASE II OF THE COMPUTERIZED TRAFFIC <br />SIGNAL SYSTEM. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia: <br /> <br /> That the sum of $2.088.000.00 be, and the same hereby is, <br />appropriated in the Capital Improvements Fund for the <br />preliminary engineering and project costs for Phase II of the <br />Computerized Traffic Signal System; and <br /> <br /> That this ordinance shall take effect on the date of its <br />adoption. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of nhe City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, at a meeting held on November 25, 1997. <br /> <br /> Teste: <br /> <br /> City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
