(a) The proposed administration building will house a <br />staff of up to 20 employees, and parking for 24 vehicles will <br />be provided. <br /> <br /> (b) The physical facility will be approximately 4,636 SF <br />of one-story space and will be comprised of one building. The <br />exterior materials will be of brick veneer and will have sloped <br />shingled roofs. Fenestration will be similar to other <br />facilities on the Campus of the Pines. <br /> <br /> (c) Landscaping areas will be established at the building <br />and parking areas. <br /> <br /> (d) Occupancy will occur in the Spring of 1998. <br /> <br /> 4.
