ZONING AMENDMENT ORDINANCE Z-97-14 <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia: <br /> <br /> 1. That the portion of the zoning map attached to and <br />made a part of the City of Portsmouth Zoning Ordinance which <br />now zones as Residential RM-75, the property described in <br />Petition for Zoning Amendment Number Z-97-14, is hereby amended <br />and changed so as to show said property zoned as Office <br />Residential OR-75-K (Conditional), and that said property is <br />hereby zoned as Office Residential OR-75-K (Conditional). <br /> <br /> 2. That the property affected by this ordinance by being <br />zoned Office Residential OR-75-K (Conditional), is described as <br />follows: <br /> <br /> Z-97-14 <br /> <br /> Beginning an a point on the southern <br /> right-of-way line of Portsmouth Boulevard an <br /> the northeast corner of Lot 208 as shown on <br /> the plat of the I. O. Ivy Estate as recorded <br /> in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of <br /> the City of Portsmouth, Virginia in Map Book 1 <br /> at Page 96; thence along said southern <br /> right-of-way line north 80 degrees 56' 38" <br /> east, 185.00 feet to a point at its <br /> intersection with the northern prolongation of <br /> the eastern edge of an Asphalt Road; thence <br /> along said eastern prolongation and eastern <br /> line of said Asphalt Road south 12 degrees 33' <br /> 22'1 east, 90.00 feet to the true point of <br /> beginning; thence north 58 degrees 26' 38" <br /> east, 110.00 feet to a point, thence south 58 <br /> degrees 33' 22" east, 370.00 feet to a point; <br /> thence south 31 degrees 26' 38" west, 130.00 <br /> feet to a point at its intersection with the <br /> northern edge of said Asphalt Road; thence <br /> along said northern edge north 58 degrees 33' <br /> 22" west, 340.00 feet to a point on a curve to <br /> the right having a radius of 110.00 feet; <br /> thence along said curve an arc length of 90.00 <br /> feet to the true point of beginning. <br /> <br /> 3.
